On 10 March, we will be attending Career Day 2026, organised by Alma Mater Studiorum, University of Bologna.

We will be there because the energy sector is undergoing a structural transformation: higher penetration of renewables, growth of energy storage systems, increasingly control-driven grids, and buildings designed for greater energy efficiency.

These are the projects we work on every day.

That is why we are looking for young engineers who want to join our team and engage with real, complex and strategic projects for the energy transition.
