Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a BIM Specialist to join our design team, which already uses BIM methodology for project development.

We are seeking a motivated, curious professional with a strong interest in MEP modelling. The role is open to both a growing junior profile and an experienced specialist ready to bring expertise and added value to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• MEP systems modelling, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection, and electrical substation modelling in the T&D sector using Revit.
• Integration within multidisciplinary models.
• Model checking, quality control and consistency review according to BIM requirements.
• Knowledge of applicable BIM standards, including UNI 11337, UNI EN ISO 19650 and subsequent parts, and Employer’s Information Requirements.
• Analysis of the Employer’s Information Requirements and the project BIM Execution Plan.
• Production of models and related MEP deliverables in compliance with project specifications.
• Management and updating of the company’s MEP BIM libraries.
• Extraction and analysis of data from MEP objects and BIM models for reporting and control purposes.

Requirements

• Degree or technical diploma in engineering, architecture or construction-related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of experience in BIM modelling.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and interface with designers and Project Managers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in BIM modelling for MEP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Revit.
• Skills in using Navisworks.
• Written and spoken technical English.

A valid Category B driving licence is required.
